Yes, there are turtles at Turtle Bay. After walking 5 minutes along the ocean pathway from the Turtle Bay Resort, we spotted 3 Sea Turtles feeding close to shore. We waited for awhile for them to come on shore but something was tasty in the shallow water that they keep their heads in.Ā We continued on the walk for about 3 miles and spotted many turtles swimming off the rocky ledges.
The foot trail which was mostly deserted was sometimes along the beach or in the woods along a horse trail.
The trail along the beach was the more scenic.

Luke’s Make A Wish trip of 2006. Enjoy. Wishing you a wonderful trip with great weather. When will you be in Amsterdam?

We were in Oahu in ’05 and loved it! I hope you guys have a great time.
If you have the time, take a drive along the coast up the west side of the island all the way toward Kaena Point State Park. You’ll eventually be traveling on a pretty crazy one lane road and will find some AMAZING views.
Riding up highway H3 has some amazing views as well.
Have fun! Did you bring your rackets? š

We are going out for short turtle hunt walk this morning, then head out to Haleiwa. Your tip confirms our plans to go out to Kaena point. No racquets for 10 months.

Glad to see you coming out of your shell. Just noticed that Vin Miller commented on your post at 4:34 AM — you always wondered how he found the time to do stuff like this, so now we know.

Yes I think I lost it down by the beach, along with everyone else’s shell. We are going down there now to look for it.

We are having a hard time finding it, but I saw a T shirt with his picture and map on it. Do you need one?
